Applying Stickers, Signs and Decals

Your Vinyl Graphics are supplied as an adhesive sheet. All Stickers have a peelable backing and usually (where applicable) a top application layer.

Applying the graphics to your surface, whether that be a car, van or window, is very easy and should only take a few minutes. Before application it is important that the surface is clean and free from any dirt or grease.
Below is a step-by-step guide detailing the application process.
Offer Sign to Surface
Stick a small section to surface

Step One

Firstly, offer the sticker sheet to the surface and ensure it is in the correct location and level.

Temporarily affix parts of the sticker sheet to the surface with masking tape (alterantively, have someone lese hold the sticker sheet firmly in place)

 

Step Two

Once you're happy with the position, peel away a small section of the backing and stick to the surface.

You can now remove the masking tape from step one.

Smooth out with cloth

Step Three

Slowly peel back the rest of the Sign backing, firmly smoothing down the sticker with a cloth.

 

Step Four

Continue smoothing out the sticker until it is entirely stuck to the surface.
Remove Application Tape
Cut along Panel Gaps

Step Five

Slowly peel away the application (top) layer, ensuring the main sticker remains stuck to the surface.

Step Six

If you have applied the sticker across any panel gaps, carefully slice along the middle of the gap with a sharp blade/knive.

Step Seven

Fold the excess sticker around the edge of the panel.

Step Eight

Tuck away any further excess sticker. In the case of any air bubbles, these can be carefully lanced with a sharp knife and smoothed out with a cloth.
